adding pictures

How am i supposed to add pictures?
I am new to using forums and i cant seem to get it working. i googled it and it said to use imgur and use the link they provide. but when i do it doesn't work for me. just leaves a weird square that you can right click on to view but inst showing on the thread itself.

Well I use Photobucket..
You upload the photo and then you use the IMG link..
Or you take the link and you press the image button of this dialogue box.

Ill try photobucket. That is basically what i did but with imgur. But it showed up as broken links kinda. The only way to see them is by right clicking the picture emblem and loading the link. If you want to see what i am talking about check out my anti camo post in the gallery under project guns. Thank you

If you want to upload from the computer to the site, you can also do that.
click on the paperclip tool (1.) then a small window will pop up. select [choose file] (2.) and then choose the image you want to upload, make sure it's the right file; jpeg, jpg, png, gif. then once you've selected your file, click on [upload] (3).

Thanks that is what i was doing before but it makes the images really small. I just couldnt bring myself to doing that with my gun pics. Thanks for the reply though.

Should be able to select them to see the larger version of the image. Does that not occur?

It could have just been Imgur too. Some times it will do that to drive traffic to there site.

Admin i am not sure. i just remember the few i pics i posted that way showed up really small.
