Hi,

So i'm finally getting all my gear today. Well MB01 with a few upgrades and mods ready for when it arrives. Also I am getting my TM MK23. I have a new inner barrel for my sniper which i will polish then clean before putting into the gun.

My question however is that I have heard that you should shouldn't take apart TM MK23, they work so well stock, if you fiddle with them it can mess them up. I have rubbing alcohol and polish to clean the new barrels (sniper and sidearm) but I don't want to get any rubbing alcohol (surgical spirit in the UK) or polish on the hop up rubber of the TM. (Not a problem to dissemble the sniper to clean). How should I go about cleaning the TM MK23 for the first time?

Thanks.

I have taken mine apart loads, it's fine. Very straightforward indeed.

Otherwise, rubbing alcohol for the barrel, soapy water for the bucking, tiny spray of silicon oil in the back of nozzle assembly to aid the action. Reassemble. Go pew.
