CA M24 Hop Up

I recently picked one up from a boneyard and fixed it up. However it's stock hop up has a wild right curve. I tried disassembling it but the actual arm cannot be shimmed due to the post which it rotates on is locked in there (not to mention it doesn't even have a nub on it). I figured the best way to improve the performance of it without doing the TDC mod would be an aftermarket hopup. All I have been able to find has been the PDI hop up. Are there any other options out there when it comes to hop ups for the M24?

You only have PDI and CA (stock) hop up chamber for CA M24.

I'm going to TDC mod mine, I'm not convinced by the dual arm PDI unit. Sadly there aren't any other parts out there, the CA unit itself is terribly designed unfortunately.

Not only do I lack the equipment to do TDC, but even if I did have them, I am a college student staying in an apartment so I gotta be conscious of my neighbors and crap like that. Around 4 or 5 years ago, PDI hop ups were considered the gold standard because of their ability to be adjusted for different spins. This was a few years before TDC was a mod or before action army was a notable company. The only complaint against the PDI was that it was a pain in the butt to access, which is why I was asking for alternatives. I am looking for something more accessible in game.

I guess I could always attempt to flat hop or r hop the current hop up unit but I am not sure on the success that it would provide because there is no way to shim the hop up arm or prevent it from the side-to-side movement that is currently creating my curve.

I once worked on a friends Maruzen L96 (many moons ago) that had the PDI hop. Nicely machined bit of kit but god the adjustment is horrible, it takes forever to get set right. We hadn't heard of TDC in those days.
