Spring guide stopper problem

Hi Guy,s and good morning although its late afternoon over here in UK. Just bought a zero trigger to fit my JG bar 10 gspec, but I'm having trouble getting the spring guide stopper to fit into the stock cylinder anyone got any ideas on how to fix this. Its driving me made. Been waiting ages for this part to fix my rifle and i seem stuck on the last hurdle. Don't fancy using my usual technique of brought force and ignorance.

Sorry if wrong place or already covered.

Cheers guys/girls

Spring guide stopper problem

The zero trigger is a 90 degree system and the stock piston is a 45 degree piston. That might be your problem.

There are also occasionally clearance issues with aftermarket parts, although usually the aftermarket part has tighter clearances. The only issue I've had is fitting a stock trigger's spring guide stopper into a laylax teflon cylinder. A little sanding (or just pushing it in

Spring guide stopper problem

Thanks for the reply. The zero trigger came with the orange piston for the trigger. should i purchase the teflon cylinder, and would this solve the problem?

Current upgrade parts.. Laylax spring guide, laylax orange piston(came with the zero trigger) Zero trigger and laylax 170 spring.

Cheers guys. Ps Love the forum most informative cheers

Upgrade companies tend to make their parts incompatible with others, that way you have to buy every part in contact with that part from the company. It's not that they're trying to be mean it they just do that from a marketing perspective.

Spring guide stopper problem

Ok Nedw problem, have fixed the old problem buy releasing tention on the spring to fit the guide stopper in, but now a new problem has risen its ugly head. Having trouble pulling the bolt back, its as if its stuck on something then eventually it givesd in and pulls back nicely but then you push back in but it doesn't seen to go all the way back in enough to fold the cocking lever down but it does fire ok, and when it has fired it seems to move the mm's i need to get the cocking lever in place. Then the whole thing starts againg. Appears to be some mark made on the bottom of the cocking lever if that helps.

Might just need to file down the end of the receeiver where the bolt comes out . What you guys think?

Cheers

Hey,

did you find any solutions?
I'm having the same problem right now and I dont know what to do,
I think the problem is that the spring guide stopper is stuck in the end part of the zylinder, because once I push the zylinder all the way forwart, both, the stopper and zylinder cant move.

remove your cylinder from the receiver. check and make sure none of the screws from our trigger unit are protruding into the receiver. i had to shim the front screw on my aa trigger unit.

Is yours the airsoft pro zero tigger, I am having the same issue as you with the airsoft pro model. I have heard that the spring guide stopper just needs a bit of wearing in, but it affects my gun so much that the bbs fall after 30 feet max.
