I did PM him already, but made it public to those people on internet who're seeking on how to upgrade JG BAR10 VSR (in low cost and best way) so they can benefit from this thread and this forum as well.

Barrel:
Action Army 430mm 6.01mm Barrel (Good value for money)
If you can afford an EDGI 6.01mm, then get it instead
Length depends on the bb weight you are using also.

Bucking:
Either 60 or 70 degree Maple with the AEG nub. I am not sure though weather the Decepticon is better or the Autobot

Hopup Chamber:
Action Army

Trigger:
Action Army
A lot of people also like AirsoftPro. But the trigger pull is a little heavier.

Piston:
Action Army 90 degree Blue (This comes with the trigger)

Cylinder and head:
The Teflon cylinders make the bolt pull really smooth so I went for Action Army once again.

Spring:
Depends on the fps you want. Check out this thread: Choosing the right spring and making it work.

Spare yourself of the PDI hopup chamber(And clones), and get the AA or use the stock chamber.

1tonne's list is pretty spot on. I'd personally use airsoftpro because it's cheaper and just as good when it comes to the trigger though.

The cylinder you can also get from airsoftpro but the AA cylinder has a smoother cycle because it is teflon coated. It's also more expensive though. The airsoftpro one is just plain steel so it doesn't cycle any better than the stock cylinder but it will probably last a lifetime

As for your offtopic question, I can probably do that, but the way I did it is simply with a 3d printed mount that I designed myself. So it is pretty easy to do, you just need a 3d printer to make the part

Or a mill with good machining skills

This is what I'm using right now:

JG Bar-10 G-spec
6.08 303mm PDI VSR barrel (got it very cheaply at airsoft-entrepot)
Maple leaf 60 degree rubber
Action army chamber
Action army cylinder set
Airsoftpro trigger set (use piston with stock JG piston O-ring for perfect seal)
PDI 520 FPS spring (13mm;gets me 480 FPS)

With 0.33-0.43g bbs I get very consist straight shots. Tested it out on a field today, got some pretty nice kills. After owning 3 PDI barrels now, I can definetely attest that there is nothing more you'd need in terms of inner barrel quality.

If you are going for a longer barrel or a tighter bore, I'd recommend going for a PDI 450 FPS spring.

What is your accurate range with this setup and what bb's you're using Valken V-T ?

I used G&G 0.33g ingame. Out of the game I tried some 0.43g but those were not bio. Both got me very straight shots. I did not have time to set up my scope though. I estimate I got a range of 70-80 meters at least, and that is without my hop set at max too. Very satisfied with the result.
