Ok, I will order the materials and start the r-hop mod. Can you explain how did it improve the SVD?
My hop chamber (PPS) has a plastic nub, not a metal one, but I suppose it is the same thing.

Can anyone post a link with the pink eraser used for the nub?

Thank you very much.

I used 50d sorbothane. the Mnub material is closed cell silicone soft foam. Its hard to quantify the change in accuracy/consistency. Its not a large one but it tightens groups for me typically.

Do you know the thickness of the m-nub?
I have some 70D soborthane, so I try it. I suppose I will try an eraser and compare both.

I have found this material:

http://www.ebay.es/itm/SILICONE-SPON...CyIGiGA7A8y_Kg

It is closed cell silicone sponge, so maybe I buy some. This seller also have other thickness of the same material.

Thank you for your help.

that stuff looks too dense judging by the listing. you want soft silicone closed cell foam, and 1/8th inch usually

1/18 inch is 1.5 mm, isnīt it? This is the thickness of the m-nub?I thought it was more like 3-4mm.

1/8 inch is the height of the nub. You cut your own width and length typically. Every chamber is different.
