Best airseal bucking for R-hop?

Hellloo all,
I am probably going to order some R-hops soon to install on my SW M24 (&the CA M24 when I get it) and I was wondering which bucking you would recommend for the best air seal? This is mainly for the CA M24, since the SW M24 bucking seems to be proprietary. Should I be looking for a hard bucking or a soft bucking? I've hear mixed notions that one has better airseal over the other and vice versa, so I would like to know, from experience, what bucking you would choose!

Thanks!

It honestly doesn't matter which one you get; the main thing for airseal is to use teflon tape to seal the gap between the bucking and the inner barrel.

In all honesty, the best thing is the use a hard one simply because it lasts longer and won't rip as easily.

Or, try a Prometheus soft. Basically its more of a medium/hard bucking so that will give you the best of both worlds. If you have heard about the Prommy hards then you'll know that a Prommy soft isn't exactly... Soft, lol.

Guys - R HOP. He doesn't need something to last or give good hop just to act as the seal. Most people on here say hard = better seal.

What about a vsr-10 ? do you need a nub ? and how to install it ? I use a dangerwerx type B arm. Shouldn't that be enough ? or would that be to much ? what do you guys recommend ?
