chrono margin of error

Hearing you guys talk about the chrono margin of error and making it sound like +-3 fps is the goal, but I have seen multiple rifles on various chronos achieve something like +-.5 fps per shot. What's the deal here?

? chronos have no margin of error, at least not a noticeable one.

On the other hand, a BASR power consistency can get into the can get to pretty much perfection, with the +/-3 being the aceptable standard.
