what are you guys' sidearm setups?

I'm currently running a glock 18c with a maple leaf hop up and barrel set, I've been wanting to switch to a mk23 setup, the trigger pull isn't really a turnoff but the large size and the lack of good holster systems for it are, interested to hear what you guys run.

Mk23 with Hadron upgrades. Look into the DTD holster.

Sometimes I'll carry a hi capa in my HPG chest rig as a backup if I think I'll need the extra firepower or there's some CQB on the field.

I run a mk23 in a fabric holster zip tied to my left backpack shoulder strap (cross draw) and a TM G17 in a Safariland 579 repro + ubl on my belt.
And yes I carry 2 sidearms. They have different applications though.

TM M&P9 in a blackhawk on my belt, two extra mags in my spiritus micro rig. Very rarely had to resort to my secondary back when I played a sniper role more, so the super light, super compact size of the M&P was a good match for me.

I'm not super familiar with the UBL for airsoft or real steel.

Anyway, a couple things.

You DONT want to drop leg the MK23. Unless you're 6ft tall the muzzle will likely hit the dirt or come close to it WITHOUT a suppressor. If you get an Mk23... its pretty much for the stealth... and it's basically a handheld carbine (RS and airsoft).

That said, you CAN drop leg it. You can belt run it. You can zip tie or use a molle clip system to chest rig run it. I personally use a belt clip on the underarm part of my chest rig to run it crossdraw under my left arm. When I ran it belt mounted with a suppressor it would occasionally dig into the dirt if I knelt (silverback suppressor) so I moved it up.

I can't recall what system it uses but here's a link to all the products it can interface with.

Full auto beretta with a serpa holster and a kjw mk2 mounted on my chest. The mk2 is new, I might run both because I have the room.

Depends on what I am doing. Though its either my MK23 with custom FAST holster attached to a g-code rti hanger. https://www.airsoftsniperforum.com/3...holster-3.html

Or its a TM g18 or hicap. Or in more recent cases a p90 on a vest integrated 1-point sling and a S&S repro Weapon Link. https://www.softairgames.net/en/acce...tb1046-bk.html

Run the RTI for my VP9 in the jeep.

Lot of people love them for belt and drop leg set ups.

I run an Elite Force Glock 19x (because I love my real 19x) and I stuff it into my Haley Strategic D3CR-H chest rig using the holster insert.

I use it on my smersh, its practically the best vest/belt system I have used. Worth the price tag, generally its my go to vest as its almost completely universal on how I have mine set.

Love the RTI system. A little pricey for some. But its easy to switch out holsters. Seeing as I tend to gear out for mission specific roles. It makes sense to me to invest in a adaptable platform that is fast and secure.

So ef glock 17 co2 with Hadron TDC outer barrel, CJ barrel, maple leaf bucking. It can shoot 46s a very long way accurately, Mk23 fully upgraded carried in a war systems? universal holster and a TM hi capa carried in a leather M3 shoulder holster, it’s upgraded and has a short stroke setup so extremely fast return

I have a few setups

TM G17 GBB with Serpa holster
-Lighter than other GBB and reasonably compact
-Noisy GBB action and moderate gas consumption
-Good for long range

TM Mk23 with modified Serpa holster
-Reasonably quiet with good magazine capacity
-Bulk/ and long but good gas consumption
-Good for long range

Cyma G17 AEP with Serpa Holster
-Low fps but good rps. Easy to carry a few mags as the are small. Light
-No need to carry gas
-Not great for long range because of low fps

KJ Works Mk1 with silencer and Serpa holster.
-Quieter than the Socom by far but less accurate. Lighter. Small mag capacity.
-About an inch shorter than the Mk23. This is a big plus when taking it out of the holster as long pistols can be difficult to pull out. Every inch counts and it makes a big difference.
-Good for close to mid range engagements.

Hi Capa or Glock 19, Hi Capa if I want more accuracy and power, or G19 if I want more compactness

Sometimes I also use a golden Desert Eagle as a slide arm……because why not

yes you can.
It uses the IMI roto attachment system, for which there are a few UBL style paddles, mostly from IMI or Orpaz Defense.
