What to buy, airsoft sniper

After my bad experience with cyma cm 707 in terms of upgrades or parts replaces, I made a list with following weapons:
Tokyo Marui M40A5, Tokyo Marui G-SPEC, Novritsch SSG10, Silverback SRS-A2 22”. I need a weapon that has a good accuracy and long range and if a part break I can find same or better parts. In my country I don`t have a limit of fps and I want to target practice in my back yard (100m+). Thank you.

The M40A5 has a small cylinder, so don't expect much power.
I would say just go with whatever looks cool to you, SSG24, SSG10, SRS, Striker, M700, as long as it has parts available it should be great.

The only reason i bought my l96 is cause I wanted one since i was a teenager. So i decided on the mb01. Its basic, cheap, and there's tons of aftermarket parts. I dont use it at a field or anything. Just a fun hobby ive had for a long time.

Mines equipped with: 6.01m 510mm action army aeg barrel, action army aeg hop up, maple leaf 70° rubber bucking, maple leaf super macaron hop up tensioner, action army type 96 teflon cylinder, action army cnc type 96 piston, matrix metal spring guide (not sure the material came with 30$ matrix upgrade kit. Seems to be stainless), prometheus m170 spring, (ive heard bad things about action army springs) the 30$ matrix metal trigger set, matrix bipod, and the 3-9x40 scope that comes with the mb01 package. Ive also wrapped 4 rolls of painters tape around the inner barrel to keep it tight against the outer. This helped a lot with accuracy and vibration. Which causes noise. I split the stock and removed the weights. And the pieces that hold the sling on, as they fit super loose so they rattle pretty good. Im waiting for my .36 bbs in the mail for the distance and accuracy, but it shoots well over 550fps with .25s. And around 180 feet accurately. Roughly a 8inch paper plate not missing any shots. With very little to no wind.

EDIT: I got the spring, hop rubber, tensioner, and teflon cylinder from airsoftatlanta. Everything else was from evike.com including the rifle.

I got the TM VSR-10 pro but really, I should've gotten a cheap clone since I changed almost everything inside and that was like buying 2 TM VSR-10s. (+$400). What I heard about the SSG's are that they are really good beginner guns for those who don’t know much about Airsoft guns yet. Or you could do what I did and look up a lot about Airsoft snipers and mod one yourself. Note that I still have a lot I don’t know and SiliconeSword has been a total G with answering questions. Btw, get a TASCO .22 scope. I got it for my real CZ452 and it is a really really really good scope.

I`m finding more and more what a large airsoft industry is :). Why buy for example TM VSR-10 and change everything inside and not buy the desired frame, barrel, trigger, piston etc. piece by piece and then ensemble it ?

Thatd be fun. Don't buy a WELL mb01 if thats what you want to do cause i think theres only the stock barrel and action army makes a longer one and a shorter one. Its fluted too i believe. The long one hasnt been in stock for quite some time though. And i havent seen any stocks for it either.

This can be done and some of us have done it.

A big consideration with this method is that you don't get to use the platform until every little piece that makes up the rifle is in place, which is not the situation starting from a stock model. A BAR-10 may not be overly impressive out of the box, but at least it works.

The main pieces needed are obvious, but it's all the little ones that will creep up and delay getting out there to use your new toy. Take, for example, the bolt charging handle or hop chamber block. The charging handle rarely makes it on an 'upgrade' list and hop chamber blocks really aren't something you intentionally upgrade (though Maple Leaf does make one). Not a lot you can do without either one and that's $65 for those two pieces (assuming you don't get a crap charging handle)

You also need to be prepared to alter everything to get the pieces to fit properly if you step outside of a single manufacturer (and sometimes even within). There are minor differences you will find between major manufacturers and you will need the means to make those alterations accurately yourself. There is enough hesitance about having to sand $10 nubs to fit a chamber, now consider doing the same any of the significantly more expensive and functionally necessary parts.

Lastly, there is price to consider. $110 can get you a brand new JG BAR-10 Gspec. It may not be a field dominating beast out of the box, but it works and all the parts are there. With the piece together method, even on the cheap, almost every single major part approaches (or surpasses) that price point. Be ready to drop a good $800 just to get started.

The real kicker? In the end your pieced together super sniper may not perform any better or last any longer than that stock JG BAR-10 with an AA chamber and decent bucking.

Also depends upon your budget. Since you mentioned an SRS, I'm guessing money isn't too big of a concern. Is weight an issue? Do you desire to leave the gun mostly stock, or upgrade everything? Are you looking for customization, or just reliability?

Weight is not an issue, I want reliability and I really like the Tokyo Marui G-SPEC and Silverback SRS-A2. Sad that I can`t find SRSA2 in my country I have to buy it from other country and wait until late august. For now I think that I will buy the tm gpsec because of the build quality, VSR-10 Stainless Steel Cylinder from Maple Leaf, piston/spring guide from Maple Leaf or Action Army and the M170 VSR10 Laylax spring. Do I have to change the trigger too ?

Hey man, bad idea.
You will be wasting about 200-170$ on a gun that works and feels the same as a clone.
My recommendations are:
Get this gun https://www.taiwangun.com/en/spring/cm-701b-cyma
And since you said you liked how the G-spec looked, get one of these as well as the corresponding suppressor adapter
https://www.skirmshop.nl/en/bull-out...rrel-copy.html
https://eu.novritsch.com/product/ssg...-outer-barrel/
https://www.skirmshop.nl/en/t10-vsr1...rel-short.html

I had the CM701 a couple years ago and I loved it more than my current G-spec, the stock was very thick and strong, fully VSR-10 compatitible to my knowledge and experience, and was strong and well performing out of the box with just a cleaning and new bucking.
Overall, better choice than a Tokyo Marui G-spec as it's better in about every way.

PDI also makes a short one for the Maruzen Type 96.

In your experience what is better, airsoftpro stainless steel rounder cylinder head or straight one?

I would get a classic army sr40. I favour this for a wide range of reasons.
These are:
Nice sturdy stock
Cheap
VSR Compatible (apart from trigger guard but that is it)

I have heard that they are good, but I've never seen one in the USA.
The AACT10 and T11 are also supposed to be really good, and also really hard to get in the USA due to the stocks being clones of an American gun company I have been told.

The sr40 is available in the USA, at least while I was searching for it, I saw at least one US retailer selling it.
Don't know about the t11.
Would also recommend the classic army m24 ltr gen 2. Strong 90 degree trigger out of the box means that it is probably the next best thing after the t11.
