Does Lancer Tactical match its C:B ratios?

I'm getting an inexpensive aeg as a christmas present, and so far I'm stuck between the Lancer Tactical cqb m4 and its normal length m4. I originally wanted the normal length m4 because Imo it looks nicer and is quieter (plus a few extra fps) because of its slightly longer barrel.

However, I noticed in chrono videos that the normal length m4 actually shoots either the same or slightly less than the cqb m4, which shouldn't be because a longer barrel should mean a few MORE fps, given that both barrel lengths have correctly paired cylinders. So, does anyone know whether is normal length m4 cylinder is just over-volumed, or is it under-volumed? If it's under-volumed, then I'll just have to go for the cqb m4 for obvious reasons.

Here is a picture of it's cylinder, does this look type 2 ported (which means undervolume) or type 1 ported?

And yes, I know that the externals are crappy plastic, but I still think it looks kinda sexy.

Very true. My KA M4 came with a type 0, and I was going to change it, but the little compression leak+ over volume kind of equals good balance, but it would work better with perfect compression and a Type 2.
