Novritsch is at it again.

I dont know if you have noticed that Novi boy is developing an AEG. When he announced his SSX303 carbine I was wondering when is he going to finally come out with an AEG. And now that he has announced the SSR15 I was kind of dissapointed because I expected it to be on AR10 platform not a AR15.

I suspect he has made a deal with krytac or Specna arms.

An AUG would've been epic...something other than chicken noodle soup and crackers for once.

AR-15, of course...definitely more flexible.

I would like someone to make a decent fal though. Ares only makes an SLR and for what it is (plastic) it just isn't worth it.

I heard the SSG10 is getting a tonne of complaints and problems from someone at the last game I went to. Anyone elaborate on/confirm this?

Dunno. Maybe because cylinder is bad + they might have oversimplified trigger design

Can't wait for all the airsoft sniper youtube channels to shift again.. Hive mind mentalities. When the SSG24 came out, damn near every channel that was worth watching started doing gameplays with it. Yes, it gets views and the rifle is good but.. Goddamn. I like variety. Then the SSG10 came out.. past 3 months has been nothing but that.

Can't wait for everyone to shift to the SSR15 to advertise his brand some more.

Don't know what it is, but I really only enjoy sniper videos. There's just something a little more pleasing about seeing one shot fly, rather than seeing people get hosed down by spray and pray. @AirsoftAlfonse..

To be fair, Alfonse is pretty much a full auto sniper. Did I hear correctly that he uses like over .4's?

Briefly skimming through his videos, looks like he uses mainly .32's and .36's. I get that he's got range from the combo of HPA/Hop/BB weight, but.. it's more fun to see people taking well-timed and accurate shots, rather than unleashing a firehose on them. Just not my cup of tea.

Same with AEG's, too.. can't get over the sound of a scopecam only picking up the gearbox wind when taking a shot. I like the "THWAP" of a spring or HPA bolt action, not the sound of a gearbox's autistic screeching.

tl;dr, I like my sniper gameplays but I'm tired of SSG gameplay.

I think it varies, but last i saw it was actually .45 he shot.

So, i'm guessing here as i don't know the exact rules and his HPA M249 setup, but i'm guessing that if he chronoes 1,8J on .32 (iirc the milsim rules there), then he could easily but shooting 2.5J+ on 0.45.

So imagine that you have gun that is....

Super accurate (it is seriously f. accurate his gun, probably better than many bolties in here)

Highcap boxmag, infinite ammo + the will to shoot 30-60-100+ round bursts

"high" rate of fire
Shoots 2,5J+ on 0.45
Is used like an assault rifle
Super silent because of HPA + suppressor (if he chooses so)

And you take this out on the field against milsimmers with average guns who are forced to use midcaps, most running semi auto, you have an insane advantage.

And that's what his videos show. They show how a good gun setup beats average gun setups. They show what happens if you let 1 guy run m4 with highcaps against m4 with midcaps.

Gameplay wise they are completely average. He is without a doubt a decent player, but to me it's just a gun demo vid.

In the danish milsim scene many years ago, people were allowed to run 500fps full auto LMG's (with extensive MED requirements and encumbrance rules). People were running 0.40+ in LMG's back then as well. Pretty insane to see LMG's cut down squads at 300feet+ without breaking a sweat.

If your gearbox sounds like that, it's broken. hahahaha

But I get what you're saying... I think much of it depends on style of gameplay. AEG's can be semi auto, and believe it or not, they don't always spray and pray..I know, right?

It's so annoying!!! I was playing with some buddies, and my DMR was starting to show some potential. I was in some tree cover, and this other guy with an M4 was behind a truck. We were trying to avoid headshots (not my rule, I'd be down for them any day once I get better eye pro), and that was pretty much all he had exposed. So, what does he do? Sprays the tree I'm at. All I remember is scrambling to back out of the treeline while getting sprayed with like 5+ bbs.
