Radium I probably need your help. I've purchased a RedFire Co2 conversion and installed it, the problem is it's not working.
I put in a Co2 Powerlet, Tightened it up as tight as I could, re-installed the bolt, cocked it and on pushing the bolt forwards there was a small gas escape and when I tried to fire, no response except the click of the mechanism ?
Is there a part missing from my kit as I noticed you mentioned 'O' ring and there ain't one..

Have now complied sir..
(Was it the use of the colloquialism "ain't" that was incorrect re the rules ?)

I've purchase RedFire CO2 kit for BPM200. Installed it and took the first shot (really loud sound) then the gas leaked with long psssttt... and gone empty completely. I remove the bolt, remove the piston, installed a fresh co2 tube, took the shot, loud bang then long psssttt... The first co2 tube and the second one are from different manufacture. But they both provided same result. What went wrong? Screws were tighten enough I think. Maybe I have to replace the piston spring to weaker spring or stronger spring?
P.S. Same with basilh, there's no O Ring in mine too.

take it all apart and there should be a cone shaped spring under black air nozzle. If that is there, then check the same nozzle for an o-ring and of it is damaged or deformed.

I am managing to get about 4 shots from each Co2 cartridge, and can't seem to get anymore ?
Maybe this `RedFire` is a red herring !! there's something fishy..

Unfortunately returning it from the United Kingdom to HK would be too expensive to make it a worthwhile proposition. My options seem to be:
1/. TRY and sell it (not working) here in the UK on one of the facebook pages.
2/. Find someone who can fix it for under $50
3/. Sell the gun with the two bolts.
4/. Stay with just the spring bolt and upgrade the piston etc.

I see no other way, primarily because returning the item would cost in the region of $45-50 including insurance, an upon returning it to the UK I would be liable for VAT on the return carriage and insurance. That's the way UK Customs works. The tariff (If applicable) then they add the carriage cost and then VAT @20%...

Somewhat of a dilemma methinks, no doubt..
