Whalesmash, is it a double stack magazine? If so some of HS5's EMF's might help in this case?

It doesn't appear to be a double stack magazine, it seems like a generic helix magazine track. There isn't anything inherently wrong with the follower that they used, it is just a little bit poorly molded on one side of the follower.

Crazy

They ended the production.
Hard to say why it lasted as long as it did with all of the crumby internals. People could spend up to $800 on upgrading it.

I'd be fine with it if they ended production. That only means my own rifle is more valuable now :P

It is discontinued and out of stock everywhere else. Its main distributors, evike and redwolf say that it is discontinued, Ares does not have it's own website from what I know. My friend also spent around $700 upgrading it, and said that when he first got it it broke within the first week.
