Question Need help with internal parts to my VSR-10 G-spec with Mancraft system

Hello fellow Snipers.
I've finally decided to upgrade my old sniper and will try making one hell of a sniper. I've already decided that I'm going to build a VSR-10 G-spec, but I'm having som issues finding internal upgrades, since I'm not really experienced in building myself. So therefore excuse me if i make some rookie mistakes or ask rookie questions :)

First i set a budget on 500-750$ (this budget can be increased if it results in a markedly increase in accuracy). I don't mind spending money on expensive products, as long as they in fact do increase the accuracy. Therefore you don't have to hold back suggesting more expensive parts as long as they do in fact matter. After this i decided to check items for building a Mancraft system, but this made me doubt a lot of things and made it harder for me to make decent research, since there much less information than on spring systems (correct me if I'm wrong).

So far I've come up with items listed below:

[Tokyo Marui VSR-10 G-spec]: (Tokyo Marui VSR-10 G-SPEC Sniper Rifle)

[VSR-10 Magazine]: (Tokyo Marui 30rd Magazine for VSR-10) Suggestions on how many i should buy would be appreciated.

[SDiK conversion kit]: (SDiK conversion kit - Mancraft)

[Regulator]: (Regulator - Mancraft)

[12g CO2 Adapter]: (12g CO2 Adaptor - Mancraft)

[Tournament lock]: (Tournament lock - Mancraft) Have to have this one, for some fields near me.

[Set of seals for SDiK]: (Set of seals for SDiK - Mancraft) If i make mistakes or things break

[Set of seals for CO2 Adapter]: (Set of seals for CO2 adaptor - Mancraft) If i make mistakes or things break

[Guarder Ammo Chek Pad]: (Guarder Ammo Cheek Pad for Rifle/Shotgun (Woodland Camo)) I need this for storing the CO2 adapter

[Action Army Inner barrel spacer]: (Action Army Inner Barrel Spacer Kit for VSR10 G-Spec)

[PDI Inner barrel 6.01mm]: (PDI 01 6.01mm Precision Barrel for Marui VSR-10 / G-Spec Hop-Up Chamber (303mm)) As explained, this is one of the upgrades I'm most in doubt about

[Action Army Hop Up Chamber]: (Action Army Smart Hop Up Chamber for Marui VSR-10)

[Mable Leaf Rubber]: Maple Leaf Diamond Hop Up Rubber for Marui KJ WE GBB / VSR (80 Degree))

The problem is i don't really stand a change to try these items before purchase and that makes me want to ask some more experienced builders here on ASF.

Questions:
- Eventhough I've read barrel length doesn't effekt accuracy, some places suggest that a smaller barrel, like the G-spec's, will get a FPS drop when using a shorter barrel?

- Will the Mancraft system have less accuracy than a spring system (assuming both builds are at the same price ranges)?

- Do i need a optimized Cylinder and Cylinder head on a Mancraft build, or are these only necesary because of the increased pressure on the springs systems?

- I've been researching for quite awhile, but are still very much in doubt about the barrel. The suggestion i made myself is more of a guess than an actual idea?

- Would i need a better trigger or is this only need on springs systems, because of the increased pressure of the spring?

- Would running this system bring significantly more sound to the shots, than a standard spring system?

- Would running a spring system simply be more accurate and more stable in the long run and therefore go for a VSR-10 G-spec with spring instead of?

Thanks a lot in advance. I'm really hoping that you guys will be able to help me build my new baby

I have no experience with HPA/co2 snipers but.. Since the spring in mancraft kit is so much lighter than those traditional upgrade springs you will have less vibration when the piston hits home = better accuracy. You also dont need to get a zero trigger, but i would recommend getting steel sears for the trigger just to make the gun as reliable as possible. The PDI barrel is a great choice, but such a sort barrel will be louder than a long barrel. Fps and accuracy will be the same as you can turn up the valve a little (longer barrel gives the bb more time to accelerate and so gives a little bit more fps. You can just adjust the valve like I said) And lastly get a maple leaf hop up nub. Like i said I'm not a hpa expert, these are just things that came up to my mind.

Hello nissen, and welcome to asf.

A G spec Will have lower fps compared to the Pro version at the same psi.
A g-spec(303mm) Will need about 150psi pressure to get 2.75 joules, a Pro(430mm) 100-105 psi for same joule.
But as you have wiggle room on the regulator all you really loose is amount of shots from a CO2 bulb.

Popular oppinion on asf is that quality is more important than bore size, edgi and pdi is suppose to be top of the line.
With the action army chamber you are gonna need a barrel without the brigde that the barrel in the link has got. So either find another barrel without it or file it of.
I would suggest a 70 degree maple leaf and a concave nub.

You do have a chance of trying some of those parts or at least get a feeling of you like the mancraft or not, but its gonna cost you dearly(a cold beer would be the going rate :).

Im just finishing up my bar 10'pro build and im in Copenhagen too.
Bar10 Pro(Clone of vsr10 Pro)
Mancraft sdik
Action army chamber
Maple leaf autobot 70 degree and concave nub
Orga Magnus barrel
Erhmm ducktape barrel spacers
Last missin part of my build is the 0 trigger i have ordered because my stock one was giving me issues. Trigger has been shipped today so im kind of exited.
I run hpa not CO2.

Write me if you are interested in trying out a mancraft Powered rifle.

Best regards
G.L
