What is an acceptable FPS variation

So I tried to find the answer with no luck, my VSR clone (echo 1 psr) has AA:-inner barrel, hop up, 150 spring, zero trigger, cylinder and piston. Maple leaf omega nub and diamond bucking. I am getting a FPS range of between 499 and 516 with 25s, is this to be expected or is there another mod I can do to lessen the amount to a more steady FPS, the air seal is perfect, thank you

It will very from build to build, and how much you care about it. Ideally you want it as minimal as possible.

Many things factor into that. The easiest to adjust would be BB weight. I would say try some 32s and see what happens.

Will try different weights, I was using 25s as that is what my local site uses to chrono all guns and pistols

Just wondering how you replaced the inner barrel because my rifles outer barrel doesn't seem to come apart from the main part of the gun and the hop up/inner barrel doesn't slide out through where the cylinder was
