I will soon as I can, yesterday i test out stock pps spring (m150 i think) from pps cylinder kit that i have
0.2 =500 fps
0.43=333 fps
0.36=357 fps

Rapax 3+
0.2 =500 fps
0.43=400 fps
0.36=400 fps
According to diy audacity chrono,
Rapax give me more power with heavyer bbs, will test m190 today, before i add weight to the piston

OP, m190 is a beefy boy 🙂

Flynn, I can do some testing. I have tons of parts to play with. Both pistons, many weight options, different barrel lengths, (ported 300, 300, 370, and 430), springs etc. I’ve been building and experimenting my vsr around 1tonnes “~370 for .48” barrel results. I’m almost certain the shorter piston boosts fps most of the time, but I can CERTAINLY be wrong. I will start with a basic setup. I will use the 370mm barrel with each piston at factory weight. When I test a combination I set the hop for. .48, chrono, then chrono a .20 without changing the hop, then .20 hop off for shits and giggles

I forgot to set hop up to 0 when test 0.20,it was set for 0.43 and got 666 fps
Then set to 0 and got, i don't know why, again 500 fps

The 666 sounds about right for the m190! You mess around with the weights yet?

Getting more fps when hop up is set is pretty normal in vsrs. This is because the bb being hold back allows for more pressure to build up behind it.

I didn't yet, because of this covid 19 shit, no one works, can't buy solder anywhere, i am afraid that the m190 will demolish this pps piston, seams a bit weak, for now i will leave rapax 3+, until i make steel copy of this pps (solid one, no holes)

And as I guessed ,piston is to fast for this stock bucking,i have air leak, from nozzle to bucking, but still rock's 500fps with 0.43,with rapax it have 100% air seal

Off course, just i didn't understand why 500fps on different bbs weights, 0.20, 0.36, 0.43 all have 500fps, latter i found air leak, so with better bucking fps can go a little bit more up

The top 3 triggers I’d recommend for 90 would be AirsoftPro, BullTrigg, or Springer.

Today i dismantle my vsr to check why bolt return is so hard, spring guide stopper was 1mm to high so i lowered it with shim and works ok now, my sears looking good for now, pps kit and rapax start to eat stock one after 10 shoots, but mine diy version is still ok after 500 shoots

Only one thing i noticed, is it possible that a m190 spring compressed so much after one night?
First one is stock, then rapax 3+ and 3rd is m190, after one day in the rifle, m190 is shorter than a rapax, is this spring is so bad? Bolt pull is still hard as f... But i lose about 50-60 fps after a day
