AA R hop nub

Hello all could some one point me in the right direction regarding a suitable flat nub for the AA hop up unit i have a rhop set up . something that I dont have to modify the hopup unit , I can't find a 3d printed flat nub like skees or Panthera only concave nubs. will nubs like Prometheus flat nub or firefly namazu fit without any modification or alignment issues like Maple leaf nub. Ideally something that fits perfectly in the AA window.

You could try cutting your own however that is a pain. If you can't get panthera or skee you will have to go with the maple leaf. Flat hop nubs work less well but still work. You will still get better results with the maple leaf omega. You could also print your own. Honestly, I don't know how well the prometheus and firefly ones fit because I would rather use the maple leaf omega.
TNT makes a cast aluminium concave nub but it is really hard to find. I think it fits fairly well into the AA window.

You would use a maple leaf omega even for a r hop , my understanding was for a r hop a flat bucking would be best. And making my own I'm trying to avoid making the arm flat to use m mub.

The Maple leaf omega is a nub. Here is one:

You would place it underneath your hopup arm to put pressure on the rubber- which is a flat hop rubber because that is the only one which works.
If you thought I meant that you should use a maple leaf hopup rubber then I should have been clearer and I am sorry.
You need to cover the rhop with a flathop hopup rubber and then use a concave nub to push down on the flathop rubber and thus on the rhop patch.

I've actually got everything setup the r hop patch and the modify sora r hop bucking which comes pre flat hopped its just the nub people normally use a flat nub instead of an concave nub for r hop setups. I could shave the hop arm and use an m nub but I want to keep the arm stock so I could use a maple leaf with a maple leaf bucking.

You can use both.
People used to use flathop nubs because they couldn't be bothered or just couldn't cut themselves/cast a concave nub, however, due to the availability of concave nubs, people have begun using those instead, because concave is better.
I have noticed that you have London down as your location. The panthera nub is available from skirmshop.co.uk

You can also get the TNT TR nub (however, I don't know whether this is concave)

You can try using a DIY M-nub using this
https://www.shapeways.com/product/MB...army-hopup-arm
Or this if you modify it

Ideally, you should use a Panthera nub, but either of these options should be close to as good as an M-nub
