Lol exactly. But I swear that just made me feel stupid XD But at least my sniper is now fully functional and fires like it should.
I also noticed with the Echo 1 Sniper though is it says it takes a Picatinny rail for a scope mount but it takes a Weaver... Meh. Small details but

May have been the safety. Some people take it off because it is annoying. About jerking it, this is somewhat typical for 45 degree trigger systems. Because a pretty large piece of the trigger has to move for it to lock, you to jerk fairly hard to it to lock. Still, it worked for the first 3 days until something changed. Did you change the way you pull the bolt?
Also, a bit of advice, to keep your bolt pulling directly back and not slightly to the side, put your thumb on the other side of the bolt from the handle.
Everybody's favourite airsoft youtuber (Novritsch) shows you how to do it here:

I fired off a few clips today out in my backyard and I got the problem again but after some fidgeting, it worked again. I think if anything it's double feeding but I'm not too sure.
I haven't changed the way I reload the weapon and I've watched almost all the sniping videos I possibly could've lol

Nothing happened to the way I pull the bolt and I watch him all the time lol
I went outside yesterday and I had the same thing happen to me, but it was during a reload BUT I was able to get it to unjam so I feel either the gun is double feeding or just something going on in the loading process. As I use the gun more and more I'm still learning and hopefully troubleshoot any and all problems like this before I go out to the airsoft field
