Wolverine bolt smooth pull help and tips

Hi all when i try to pull the bolt handle i need to put some force to it.. is it normal ?

What have you all done to make a smooth pull on your wolverine bolt system?

Hop up chamber is AA hop up house with ML 75% bucking. And the rifle is a bar10

It should move freely. Are you using stock cylinder? If yes, then you probably have to file the cylinder opening wider (where the trigger sear and spring guide stopper was). I had similar problem with BAR10 stock cylinder.

How well does your rifle operate now with the wolverine in it. I've been thinking about getting one but i haven't seen much about them in videos or anything.

Best consistency I ever had (you can't get it from spring). Averange deviaton between shots is 0,2 m/s @ 4J.

If you can’t figure out your bolt pull issue, here is a random option; if you have the stock/body bolts too tight or “unevenly tight” it actually makes the cylinder angled in the receiver, causing resistance when racking.

As far as the leak, a common first area of leak owning a bolt is the micro line where it enters the bolt. You can pressurize the system and spray down with soapy water. I’m not a fan of how the line is part of the fitting, so I always use a QD fitting; (thumbnail attached). However depending on the stock you might have to dremmel below the fitting so it doesn’t cause issues like I mentioned above.
