Does the Real Sword have a full-auto feature?

Ha ha ha... Well no but you can make it FA.
The gearbox jams pretty easily and to unlock it you have to press a button in the magwell. That button turns it to full auto for as long as you press that button and the trigger at the same time.

Thanks, I was hoping it would not have a full-auto and now that I know it doesn't, it makes me want one

Oh no you can make full auto easily.
It's a true semi auto. The full auto function is without the mag in place, you press the button through the magwell with a screwdriver.
