So I upgraded my dmr to a lonex cylinder rated for my barrel length, and also put a lonex hop unit and a firefly bucking in. I've checked all the compression on the cylinder before I put it all back together but now it's only shooting at 320fps average and it got an m140 spring that's only shot maybe 500ish rounds, I'm stck as to what's wrong with it, surely the spring hasn't run down already?

I'm no AEG tech, but I'll throw in my two cents.

If the gun is firing, that means the motor is pulling the piston back all the way to be released and that wouldn't affect your fps (the spring is at the correct compression).

Make sure your hop isn't set too high, make sure your airseal is spot on everywhere (piston-cylinder-cylinder head-air nozzle-bucking on barrel-muzzle compression test), make sure you are using .2s and that if you have a programmable chrono that it is set to .2, and make sure the spring is actually a 140.

Check for airleaks between the nozzle and bucking, bucking and barrel, and arinozzle-hopup.
Have you done the floss mod? Have you done the barrel compression test?
