Hello!

My name is Peter or Rockit. I am new to the airsoft sniper forums and new to airsoft.

I recently purchase a Tokyo Marui VSR-10 Gspec with the Novritsch 650fps kit which comes with an EdGi 6.01 Precision Barrel.

The kit overall is outstanding and exactly what I wanted. It ends up shooting bbs about 450 with .40s. I have one problem, however, in order to be able to shoot .40s I have to put my HopUp arm at the max. Even at max the bbs just drop after about 150-200 feet and don't have that dip like how they should be.

I have done some research and saw some people saying that they upgraded the original stock HopUp Chamber to an Action Army HopUp Chamber and this solved that problem.

This being said I have 2 questions...

1. Is it true that all I need to do is upgrade the Action Army HopUp Chamber to resolve this problem?

2. Will the Action Army HopUp Chamber work with an EdGi Custom - 6.01 Precision Barrel?

Thank you for taking the time to read this and any and all responses are appreciated.

Also, I tried looking for another post like this but I couldn't find one. I apologize if I just haven't seen the other post.

1. Yes
2. Yes

Cheaper variant is to buy new aftermarket CNC hopup arm but I would go with AA Chamber because you'll get better airseal with that.
1.Yes
2.Yes,

And I'll add 3: get a better hop rubber. I'd suggest Maple Leaf bucking and nub, but that's not compatible with your closed-bridged EdGI barrel. So a Modify or Nineball bucking will do.
Thank you so much for the fast responses. So just to make sure I read correctly if I purchase the Action Army HopUp Chamber and a Nineball bucking I should be good to go?

Just one thing, I bought a new nineball bucking today and it is terrible, very inconsistent, I put my original bucking back in and the consistency was much better. Btw I am using it with an AA chamber
