I'm not doubting you, but where did you come across this?
I'm planing on making a .43 order soon and I have been considering GEOFF over my tried and true BLS bbs... But if BLS is the OEM for GEOFF then I'll just get BLS since it is cheeper for me.

I've asked a distributer of BLS and he told me that BLS and Geoff are so similar that I should just get what's cheapest.

He is an honest man. I was asking him if his BBs or others were better, and he honestly answered.
This is the problem with BB's. No clear verified information on manufacturers, methods of manufacturing or quality control. It's just a guessing game, drawing info from what the majority seem to think and buy and try to find out if they're good which is crap. The reason is because there are only 3 or 4 bb manufacturing plants in the world so many brands are made at the same place and competition between brands is strong. They all want to say there's are the best and none of them definitely come out with exactly why there bb's are superior. I'd like to see proper evidence of the brands manufacturing techniques and why the Geoff's for example are better than others. However I think it will never happen as it's all so secretive so another brand doesn't copy their processes etc. I'm waffling now so I'll stop :tup:Just needed to vent!

how is it honestly answering if he told you they are identical to the best brand out there? So buy the cheaper ones, which are his brand.

This thread is about who is making the BBS, not how its made. :tup: I just want the threat to have the right focus not theory crafting on who it might be or how it might be made... :tup:
That's a nasty assumption without any semblance of proof if I may say.
