So this is my first bolt build. And wanted to see what you guys think. I'm not trying to have the most powerful gun out there. Just want a gun that preforms better.

I know Echo 1 is not the best gun out there, but like said this is my first bolt build. So I didn't wanna spend a ton of money on the gun.

Upgrades are: Matrix 300% Power Up CNC Steel Cylinder Set
King Arms Air Seal Chamber
Angel Custom Advanced Precision Steel Piston & trigger Sear Set
Angel Custom Stainless Steel 6.01 Precision tight bore

Open to all suggestions, good or bad. Thanks.

Hey Gibsins you want a tip. Wait till Evike has there black friday deal which would give you 25 percent off everything. Plus the discounts already. I assume it is Evike because they have AC parts.
So first read this.
http://www.airsoftretreat.com/reviews/showproduct.php?product=448&title=angel-customs-aps2-2fl96-2fm24-sp150-tune-up-kit-2c-piston-head-2c-and-trigger-sear&cat=10

I assume it is the Echo 1 m28. So I am guessing same as the SW m24.
Well just researched it is not. Here is a quote.
The Echo1 M28 is a hybrid design from the Tokyo Marui VSR-10 using same parts such as the sears. To use a VSR-10 after-market cylinder, some shims to elongate the cylinder and adding rubber buffer is needed. But nevertheless, Echo1 will make after-market parts and factory spare parts available to you.

So some good things you can do.
Get some AC Sear for the VSR
KA Bucking is fine.
If I am right the Masasuma barrel can work.
I can`t find that right now. I would spell check it. I don`t know how to spell it`s name.
I would get the AC advanced piston(the red one)

The spring guide

And I would keep the m150 spring.

Gibsin, to use that cylinder, you'd need a 90* trigger.

I own an M28 (and I'm not that far from you), start by shimming the hop up, polishing the barrel, lube, and teflon tape.

Angel sears do not fit without filing them down. You're better off saving for a PDI trigger grouping, sears and all.

Also, a lot of research has shown that tightbore barrels aren't really worth it. Start reading some of the threads around here.

Thanks guys for the input! I kinda jumped the gun and ordered this stuff last night. So I guess I just added more parts to my pile of quick decisions. lol

Thanks for the links nelsonho396. If I buy another rifle, I will build it piece by piece. Meaning no kits.

brickerenator.. Are you sure that Cylinder will not work? On Evike, it says its a direct replacement. I will save for the PDI trigger grouping. I'm a fan of tight bores, I feel the help some. (IMO) I'll shim the hop up tho.

Well gibsin. Sometimes kits are fun and cheap. Especially during BLACK FRIDAY. Personally if I got a L96 I would get the AC L96 upgrade kit. Nice and cheap and still effectively. Personally I don`t need like a overkill rifle that shoots 100 million feet. I would rather use tactics to take everyone out with my red crayola marker of doom.

Evike also says the Angel Fire sears are a direct replacement. And everyone that's ever bought them disagrees. A noob on arniesairsoft got the cylinder set from ehobbyasia. It *worked* but the bolt pull was very very heavy, and he said he had to force the bolt back into position.

Well if I was a dog, this is where I would be walking in with my tail tucked between my legs. :-[

brickerenator your right. The kit didn't work, like you said it wouldn't.

So I don't wanna send this back, all I would need to get for this to work would be PDI or any 90* trigger grouping. Right?

It's ok man!

I think that is what you would need. Maybe some internet searches would turn up some results. I can't remember any specific instances of anyone installing a Zero trigger atm.
