Hello I just got a well Mb08 with the side folding stock but the mags aren't tall enough to feed into the chamber properly, however as soon as I stick my receiver into my old Mb01 stock it feeds like a charm. My question is, if there is anyway to remedy this without drilling into the stock too much. Thank you if you can help.

I got it off ebay though I don't think it's under warranty anymore

In the well L96 (mb01, mb08), unlike the VSR's, the mag catch is fixed to the outer barrel, so it should keep the magazine in the same position relative to the chamber. Therefore, the height of the magwell in the stock shouldn't affect the magazine's position.

There's probably something wrong in the assembly of the gun, wether it's the stock itself or the receiver to the stock.

You could try assembling the gun without the cylinder and looking through the receiver in direction to the barrel, with the magazine in. You should be able to see the top of the mag and the bb's loaded poking a bit through the hole in the chamber where de cylinder head nozzle enters. It should poke the same amount on both receivers.

I started messing around with the hop up placement and it seems to be cycling better, hopefully that was the problem. It's weird that the old mb01 stock feeds better though, especially since my rifle came with the mb08 stock, oh well thank you guys. I'll probably being messing with it more once my bucking comes in for my AA chamber since I ended up tearing my last one.

I finally figured out what it was after everything it ended up being of all things the mag catch was defective. I 'm kinda mad it was so simple, but most answers tend to be. Thank you guys for helping me out.

Sorry to hear that. Do you have a replacement for it? Hope it is fixable if you don't.

Oh yeah I forgot to add that part I had another spare one( luckily I tend to hoard airsoft parts) slapped it in and the thing cycles like butter again,in both stocks. On a side note how'd you get such nice pictures of your rifle it looks awesome.

Hahahaha thanks, we had a little photo session in a friend's studio. He's into photography and has nice cameras, flashes and a white background.
