Has anyone had a chance to try out Angles customs? Check out the link its parts that look like laylax and PDI, I wanted to see as I am going to make a new L96 and may try these if anyone else has.

Fair enough The VSR parts seem to be of enough quality to not be complete crap. I dunno about the APS-2 parts.

I used their aps-2 piston and piston cup, spring guide, and spring in my M99 with great results; consistency +-1 fps with some diy mods. But some people claim otherwise, so thats just my .02
Edit: Their springs are notorious for dropping well below their rated power. But you if you buy a higher rated spring then send a good number of round through it, it will be settled and be very consistent. I bought an SP210 (Rated at something like 600 fps by Angel Customs) knowing this, and after some tuning and sending a bunch of rounds through the gun, I get right about 380 FPS with .43
