So few months back got a 2nd hand AAT 10 cheap with scopes and whatnot. So I have change a few things but didn’t reached my desired m/s. Would like some advice. Here are my parts

Barrel- stock
Hopup- Maple Leaf
Hop rubber - Laylax Nine Ball
Spring - Laylax M90
Piston - TTDI 90
Trigger - stock
Barrel spacers - 1, came with the gun

Prior to upgrades it was all stock and shooting at 52 m/s with 0.20. After upgrades it’s 86. Would like to reach 1 joule, please help. I have no idea what to upgrade/change next

Change to M100 spring and/or put some washers and adjust accordingly. I suggest to change to PDI since it is 9mm compared to Laylax which is 8mm, it will make your bolt rack even lighter

Should I get a M110 spring to account for a wear and tear? And got a pic exactly where do I put the washers?

If your spring is short enough that it does not compress or compress only slightly when fully assembled, I don't think it is necessary to get M110. You can also get a stronger, longer spring and cut it down to size and see the result and adjust accordingly.

Here's how you should put your washer :
