I found this movie on the Airsoft Panda website on a page depicting the new Zeta-Lab 91/30 Mosin Nagant Gas Sniper rifle...

The film title is Snajper - Vozmezdie Orushie. In English Sniper - weapon of vengeance.

Sniper: Weapon of Retaliation (vengeance sounds better).
Thanks Shiftyshooter, ordered the DVD. Hope it has English subtitles lol.
