Anyone have a issue with the plastic white bushings on the blue 90 degree piston getting scraps and gauges in both ends?
I recently installed the zero trigger and pistion into the action army receiver and have lost over 150 fps from when I installed in a few weeks ago. Something it tearing it up and now I’m losing compression. I’m thinking either the slot in receiver or the bolt latch not installed/ pushed up correctly?

Most definitely the cylinder slot, I'd file and sand it smooth and go from there.

Everything seems tight but massive groves on both plastic bushings.
I’ll file the receiver grove and see if that does the trick.
