Well I took a look at the other my piston, and figured I would give it another try, and see what I can do to make her work.

Well with a little time and patients I was able to get it to work
And here are the pics to prove it........ And yes before anyone says anything, I know I don't have a hole drilled through the center, but I am needing to get some more drill bits and I can get the inners about done.

Now all I am doing is trying to figure out how I am going to drill the end cap, for the fittings needed for the air system.

This pic you can see how the spring guide and the piston are lining up. I am planning on using the stock spring as my inner spring

If by production you mean large numbers...... I am not sure.

I may be able to do a few of just the piston, and spring guide, as well as the end cap. And leave the rest up to the buyer.

But again this is just down the road.

After studying the plans a bit I'd say it's the older version has 4 ports at the end cap and the new only one so it makes me think that it's easier to reach higher fps with the older design, though the newer it's better for high ROF guns!

Well I have the electronics being delivered to me on sunday, from a friend at the company I bought them from.

I will start soldering the things together and get this back on track with the building.

Now that is interesting!

I would really love to see where he got that control board from! Or even how to make it that small! Then everything could be inside of the rifle. Run the battery wires down to the pistol grip, and keep the battery inside the grip, and run the air hose out the back, or keep the battery in the stock, and the hose out the grip.

And looking at that, as well as the P* kit...... it is basically the same darn thing.

Well I had everything together on the board, went to plug it in to test it out through the meter...............and yeah.......... it went up in flames :(

I am guessing that I did something wrong, or wired something wrong. So now back to the bench to try and make the board again. Though I have been talking to a few buddies and we are thinking that I may be able to use a paintball board for the build ;)
