What one would you recommend to a sniper/desginated marksman

Sometimes I just wanna hit myself over the head with a brick......

I dont know much about the SVD-S, but looks like the barrel length and flash-hider are what is on the civilian Tigr Dragunov. Flash-hider definently is.

I know Im thinking of getting one solely for the reason of having something that looks like a Tigr.
