Hey guys, I have an agm mp001 sniper rifle. I am looking to upgrade the hop chamber, but I don't know where to find one. I have heard that some parts are incompatible with regular vsr10 parts. Does anyone know what hop chamber is compatable with this gun? Info for these cheapo snipers are hard to find. Thanks.

Oh, and please don't tell me I should have gotten a jg, or a tm, or just about any other sniper. I know. I should have. Just answer the question or pass by.

Man, did you just prove your ignorance on this subject. If I had been able to find the part on ebay I wouldn't have posted here. I mean, com'on. I've looked. Hard. If you can find the part I am looking for on Ebay and prove that it will fit the gun, I would be much obliged.

Open it up, look at the chamber, look at the mags and compare them to a VSR. The reason there is so little info about these guns is because nobody has them because they're not compatible with normal parts :shrug:

Disassemble the gun and look at them.

Like reliku said open your rifle take pictures of your chamber, magazine, hop up bucking trigger unit etc and post it here and maybe we can help you out.

There is no info on that rifle. looks like a VSR clone, you won't find anything specific to that model.

You should check and compare to a proper VSR chamber and see if it is compatible. If it's VSR compatible, then the options are infinite.

Sorry for the funky way to post pictures, I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to post them in the thread itself. There should be a sticky on that somewhere. Or I'm just dumber than most people. (likely) :shrug:

It's just internet experience. I'm gonna post some of them so it's easy for everyone to quickly check them (to do so, just right click the images and select "copy image URL" or something like that, then paste that url in the "image" button in the raply)

Unfortunately, that doesn't look like a standar VSR at all. To be honest it's the first time I see the "barrel window" as a separate piece from the barrel itself. It looks like you might be able to use an A+ REAPS MG2 hop up bucking with that stock inner barrel. "window piece" (?) and chamber. It should work great with that kind of hop arm, and is one of the few that fits in there because the design without the side flap.

But I'm not even sure about that.

For the more savvy, check the link in jakemakes post, it has quite more pics, so perhaps maybe he could change the hop chamber altogether and use regular VSR stuff??

I used to own a couple of these years ago. You're SOL as far as getting compatible hopup parts. The OD is 25mm and not 27mm like VSR components. Your cylinder is comparably under-sized. The trigger is more or less compatible.

The best advice I can give you is enjoy it until it breaks, then purchase a JG or similar clone that is fully VSR compatible so you will actually have aftermarket support when parts fail.

So the A+ REAPS MG2 hop up bucking wouldn't fit it? There are no hop buckings in the world of airsoft that would fit this gun? Anyone?
