Hey guys, I was wondering if there are any inexpensive upgrades I could do to make my AGM mp001 vsr-10 better. I was thinking about upgrading my spring. I want to get an M170 but would that break my sears, or maybe something else? The hop up is horrible because it makes the gun very inaccurate so maybe a new one would be good? Or is the stock barrel on this so bad that I would need a new one (a new barrel is way out of my price range unless maybe that was all I got)

Unfortunately the AGM MP001 is largely incompatible with the VSR-10, sharing only the trigger, bucking, and a few small parts. I would strongly recommend that you consider a JG BAR-10 or similar as a better starting platform, if high performance is your goal. You will save yourself a lot of headache and money along the way.

Too bad I already have had the gun for more than 2 years though, so I doubt I will be able to buy a new one. This wouldn't be my main weapon (a have a pp-19 for that) it would just be something I could have fun with, putting on my ghillie suit and using my sniper. But it is hard to do that when I can't shoot past 150 feet and the only field near me is made for paintball so there are not flanking opportunities to get close to them.
