Another 96 needing to be identified

I noticed breaking it down it did seem familiar. Put the cylinder side by side and it’s def different then my vsr10 it’s longer but not as thick but y’all are right bolt handles are the same and so is the end cap and the barel is funky has no window cut in the barrel it’s got some black adapter to give it a window. Go figure we don’t have a mag the soon to be step son picked this up at a yard sale for $25. I paint the stock. Here’s pics vsr10 cylinder is on the left
