Hey everyone!

New to this forum and just joined up. A bit about me...

First started airsoft plinking about 16 years ago, enjoyed it for a few years then took long break. And just picked it back up a year or so ago

Im more of a collector than a player/skirmisher. Have experienced GBBR's, 5.1 race gun builds, AEGS, quests for high FPS, madness in rates of fire, but get this, i only just purchased my very first sniper rifle, a TM L96 in black :shot:

Im in love with this thing! Only had her a week and I already have a PDI 6.01 TBB and an alu loading fin on the way to me.

Excited about my new toy and excited to be here.

I promise i wont bombard the forum with my noob questions, right, gotta go! Its time to start a brand new thread filled with my noob questions!

See ya around

Welcome to the forum. Nice intro. We all love our bolties; it's why we're here. You just can't get that feeling of racking the bolt with an AEG. That's not to say DMRs aren't good, just BASRs give a different feeling. Now when you say you are collector, not a skirmisher, are you still on the quest for accuracy?

Thanks! As an enthusiast and collector, accuracy is still important to me in certain projects but not so much in others, this time accuracy is a major part of the smiling fun!

My groupings are currently about 12 inches at 25 feet but this may be down to parallax or my stance and form (i was very excited when shooting and more interested in seeing the bb leave the chamber so i can rack the bolt and chamber another round lol). The best thing is when theres room for improvement! :yup:

At 25 feet you should be able to hit a little lego man 10/10 times if you tune it right. Try using the prone position with either a bipod or a bag of sand or something to steady your rifle.
