Ok.

I was looking around some time ago. Looking at ASP2 or L96 hop up chambers, as this is what is inside the ASR sniper by echo1.

Now I have some cash. Thing is I cant find the variety of hop up chambers that I was looking at before.

What I want is something better than stock, that takes regular barrels. I do not want to have to purchase a new AEG barrel as I already purchased a nice madbull barrel for my stock ASP2 hop up chamber.

So, are there any experts that can help me locate a varriety of hop up chambers suited to this gun?

I hope you can help me before my wife finds something to spend my fun money one.

so just found on line it is APS compatible.
I would recommend the PDI Hop-up.

RedWolf Airsoft is reliable.. yes...
but sometimes their stuff gets bogged down by customs occasionally...
I have had small packages of insignificant stuff held up by customs for months.

Just something to consider..

I ended up going with the PDI hopup chamber and another madbull 6.03 barrel at 509mm length.

I took the hopup apart on my gun two nights ago to do some simple things to try to improve it, and, it was cooked.

The hop up arm was broken in like three places, nubs shattered off, and in general just a wreck.

I already had the Madbull barrel, but for the mk96 hop up chamber. So I just purchased the same barrel but in the AEG cut. Also I got some of the 60 degree AEG madbull blue buckings and nubs.

All totalled it cost me like 113$ with supposed 3 day shipping to the US. we will see.

OH and to answer an earlier question, the Echo1 ASR is a combination of the SR2 and the APS2. It uses the APS2 internals, hopup, barrel, and piston assembly. But uses a SR2 trigger and some other stuff.

To much fun. Now I get to try to figure out how to make this crap work together.

Do you think I would be able to fit a systema bucking and barrel into the stock hop-up?
*NOTE I am willing to do minor modifications to make it work.
Just wondering if it could possibly be done. If so, what would I need to do to make it fit?

No you would not be able to fit a systema barrel and bucking into the stock ASR hop up unit.

You have to have a l96 cut barrel to fit the stock hop up.
