Nemo's official volume is somewhere at 33cc so I think copy Nemo from ares should also be somewhere around this value

That doesn't seem right.
The stock Striker cylinder volume is around 27k cubic millimetres IIRC, the NEMO/Clone must be a lot higher.
Do you have it at hand? can you measure the inner diametre and piston travel?
I don't have any parts yet, but this is what they said: "For our CPSB-007, it comes with AS-SP450, titanium + aluminum ultra-light piston and stainless steel spring guide. Its voloume is 27469.7." in the airsoft tech calculator, unless I did something wrong, with a 300mm barrel it came out to 3.21:1

Here is a comparison. VSR10s are about 36k cubic millimetres and a L96 is about 31k cubic millimetres.

The Bore Up you are mentioning has 27469k Cubic Millimetres. With a 300 x 6.01mm barrel with ratio would be 3.23:1. This is would mean that with a 0.45gm bb, the bb should exit the barrel with all the compressed gas being used up just as it exits. So the best efficiency. This issues is the cylinder is so small that you need a very big spring to get the power needed to shoot a long way.

(complete unproven theory about to be discussed)
I think that piston stroke length has a lot of play in cylinder/barrel ratio so wonder if the ratio needs to be higher due to the short stroke?

Same reason l96 can use longer barrels/lower ratio than vsr, this principle must apply in reverse to the short stroke of the striker?

Maybe. I have always wondered why the L96 could take longer barrels. The ratios are not too different though. So I just normally stick to the VSR cylinder to barrel ratio. Though the striker cylinder being so much shorter could mean that the ratio could be way off if stroke length is a major factor.

I think that the Marui M40 has a short and narrow cylinder, while the Striker has a short and wide cylinder, so they aren't actually that similar.

I would suggest buying an Action Army 6.01X500mm barrel and slowly cutting it down 10mm at a time and chrono in between.
You will want the length that gives you the most FPS with the BBs you plan to use.
Make sure that you are using the BBs you plan on using, and have the hop turned on.
