What internals do you have to upgrade before using an external air rig?

The AW338 is a HUGE rifle. Even with the folded stock it is a beast to carry around in the woods especially if your going stealthy. It is also very heavy, mine weighs about 15 pounds with bipod and scope. So let that also influnce your opinion.

I have no problems with leaking. I had to go and buy a nice sling for it though. I could not run around with it all day. But then again I was moving with a patrol and not sitting in one place stalking. I am currently upgrading it to HPA.

This is the only place I can find it.. Its from STAR though.

I have had trouble with my hop up as well. I can not even take it out of the gun. When the gun was assembled the screws holding in the hop up were crossthreaded. I havent been able to take my hope up unit since I bought the weapon. I dont have an answer to where you can find the new hop up chamber. Look for boneyard AW-338's.
