Well folks, I can't say enough how awesome the feed back is on this forum! If only I could find a group of guys/gals to play with that conduct themselves like you do here. Trust me I know what you mean about 15 year olds. There is a few in my neighborhood. I was actualy shot with a few airsoft BBS while running one evening.... part of the reason I stayed away for Airsoft for so long. I hope I never find out where those punks live, because Karma is a bitch lol....j/k:D I plan one having two set ups, one large for practice and a small tank for games. Looking at the Ninja tanks they seen decently priced. Newbcake questian here, why would run NoS instead of air? Thanks again

Nitrous Oxide is considered more consistent than HPA. I'm not totally sold on the idea but in either case it is very hard to find outside of your local Airgas supplier. HPA has been great for me but you do need to be concerned that who ever fills it does it right, still very easy, and that they do not have water in their lines. You can tell if you dump a tank and you get water vapor or mist. You should only get air. Where do you live? Try searching for a state forum. You would be surprised how introverted airsoft as a community is. I found a surplus hop, field and retailer all rolled up in one a couple of months back and had never heard of him and even more surprising he had never heard of our state forums. Backyard games are fun but try to go to a 70+ with your group. If you are close to Nashville they have an annual event in March that will most likely exceed 700 this year. Its pure bedlam but it'll blow your mind.

I actually have one of the ninja 13ci tanks on order for my hunting rifle right now ;) As long as it gets here will be really nice.

Yeah these forums are great...
I love coming here after being on "other" forums and having those kids tell you what they know. I have one of those kids at a new field I am starting to play at..... I just want to punch the little kid, but after he felt a shot from my L96 in the chest..... he respects the rifle more ;)

Well I've been doing some reading, uh oh..... I'm going to pick one of these three. Frist up is the Ares AW 338, however it seems parts are hard to find so I'm up in the air with it right now. Second is the Real Sword SVD, this seems like a solid gun, and the semi auto is nice for follow up shots, I know it's cheating
Third is The Tanaka M700 AICS, there is alot of upgrade options for this one. And it seems to have good reviews out there. So I'm not quit sure wich way I am going to go. I'll be honest I'm leaning toward the Tanaka. However Mateba like the Ares over the Tanaka, and he seems to know his stuff. So I have to take that into consideration. Feedback is welcome :)

The SVD is one hell of a weapn... got to play around with one for a while while at a big game.... and it was awesome! The rifle was stock but shot like a well upgraded rifle.

I would go with the AICS to be honest ;) I love the L96 style of rifles. With the M700 you can use any stock you want to be honest. I just wish you could get just the stock for cheap, then you could get the KJ M700 and go from there. Would be able to save a ton of money to be honest.

The AW338 is a HUGE rifle. Even with the folded stock it is a beast to carry around in the woods especially if your going stealthy. It is also very heavy, mine weighs about 15 pounds with bipod and scope. So let that also influnce your opinion.

That's good to hear, I suppose with all the negative talk I have read on other forums about Ares, I realy don't want to buy a problem. If I breack somthing that,s fine but buying a lemon just does sit well with me.

I have no problems with leaking. I had to go and buy a nice sling for it though. I could not run around with it all day. But then again I was moving with a patrol and not sitting in one place stalking. I am currently upgrading it to HPA.

Well buying a whole new rifle just for hop up chamber is a bit money consuming thing. Thanks for the tip, I'll try. I've read that you suggested buying Ares hammer spring for upgrade. I surfed the net but couldn't find. Maybe you have a link to it?
