I've been researching on what rifle to get for my first for almost a month now. HOW THE F*** did i miss this. VSR parts! Although I understand it's crap out of the box but WOW! How did this manage to slip past me? Where can I get one and how long before it's so sold out that I'd have to start searching ebay?

Any U.S. release info? I can't seem to find much on this at all. Just a bunch of youtube vids and hey this is coming out websites.

I'm not to concerned with money. I'm not rich by any means but i usually treat myself to one large purchase come tax season. I wouldn't mind dumping $1200 into it after all I spent almost $3000 building my gaming pc.:yup: Besides it's such a sweet body of a rifle to start building somthing amazing from. As far as ehobbyasia I've seen posts about that not being such a great website to buy from but I'm just going by internet research. Thanks for the info though. Looks like the search is still on for that perfect first rifle for me. So many choices.:shrug:

Thanks for the feedback guys. I plan on being in the research stage for awhile so I'm not setting anything in stone atm. I may pick up a really cheap rifle just to get out and start playing. At least until I can decide on what I want to spend the big money on. I'm keeping looks in mind as they will probably be harder to upgrade in the long run but I don't want to sacrifice performance. I tend to favor the shorter rifles as well as the modern more high tech rifles. This rifle and the ares m40a5 are on my top list although i have seen some pictures of modded/shorter l96 on here that have made me lean towards a utg. I'm just having so much trouble deciding.
