Hello guys and gals Im new to this so please be patient

I recently purchased a ASW ASHBURY 338 as I wish to try my hand at been a sniper.
When I purchased this rifle I had a upgraded bolt complete and upgraded trigger complete fitted before it left the shop here is the problem if I use .20g bb's its fine. If I try to use anything above 25g/30g /36g/ 40g it jams instantly and requires a full strip down to remove jammed bb's.

Because of the design the bb's has to be pushed upwards to load
so if i turn the gun upside down and load its fine with any bb soon as its right way round .20g only or it will jam.

I know I should just take it back but i really like this gun and wish to keep it Im sure this can be fixed

anyone got any ideas ?

When you get the chance, make an introductory post here http://www.airsoftsniperforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=25

Also your grammar is difficult to understand so please make it neater so it will make it easier for us to help you.

____________

Your issue is the opposite of what most people experience. Others usually encounter lighter weight BB's jamming on them and heavier BB's working.

Are the BB's you're using from different companies? Please state the company for each BB weight-- especially the 0.20g.

If they are all from the same company then maybe the magazine is defective.

There's other possible issues, but check these first.

You got an Ashbury 338 + upgrades for your first sniper rifle? o_O Fair enough!

I'm not too familiar with the feeding mechanism, but what brand of ammo are you using?

I'm not too familiar with the feeding mechanism,
From what I know, I believe the feeding system to be exactly like the Tokyo Marui SSR L96 AWS. Not too sure on this one, but I am pretty adamant that I have seen posts before on this forum with feeding problems due to a small piece breaking in the feeding system? :L Don't know too much detail about that, but im sure somebody will know which part im talking about!
