Ok, so I upgraded all the internals on my bar 10 to Laylax (190 spring by thw way). I reassembled it and the bolt is impossible to pull, im not sure where I went wrong with the cylinder but I did somewhere. I understand its a tough pull with the 190 but this just wasn't possible. I think I may have screwed up setting the o-ring. What is the proper way to set an o-ring.

When does the bolt seem "impossible" to pull? Right at the beginning, middle, near the end? If you meant that the bolt doesn't lock back when you pull it all the way then that's a different story.

Your o-ring may be worn out, but if it's brand new or barely used, then the bolt pull is just something you probably aren't used to.

Besides that, there's really no special way to put on the o-ring.

One of my pals is used to pulling his sniper rifle shooting at 500FPS. When he wanted to try my rifle with a m210 spring installed, he thought my rifle was broken :lmao:.

It's extremely difficult to start, will pull an inch or two, then it is incredibly difficult again. I know there's something I'm doing wrong I just dont know exactly what. Where i exactly should the o-ring be going, maybe somehow I put it somewhere wrong.

Which piston are you using and how healthy is the o-ring?
