So, had to rush some parts in, got the reinforced stuff, but need to do some sanding, machining, on them to make them fit. The bolt pull is a bit choppy, and the trigger doesn't return to position, it stays locked in "fire". A little jiggling of the bolt handle puts it all right again.
In the mean time, I have an event Sat/Sun of this week. I put the old trigger box, stock sears etc back in, cleaned and lubed everything... the question I have is how long do you think a stock set of sears will last on a pss150 spring, and a not-so-aggressive play style and handling? And reasonably, how much sanding should I need to do on the piston sear to get it to settle correctly after the trigger pull/catching the piston better on the pull back?
