Are there inner barrel spacers? Thats a big problem with bolt rifles, the barrels are way bigger then the inner barrels "unlike Aeg's that normally fit snug" most of the bolt rifle dont have many spacers to stop the vibration and flex. I dont know how much you know about these rifles and I hope not to offend ya buddy,lol.. I would unscrew the tip of the barrel and look inside and see if there are any in there. The amount matters and so does location of them. You can buy more from airsoftgi or whatever but its simple to make your own and there should be lots of info online. If you need any assistance dont hesitate to ask,I will be doing this tomorrow or the next to my stepson new used Well mb03 and I replaced a bunch of parts already, I can take pics while I do it and post them if you'd like. Since I am already going to rebuild it and all.

The front of the barrel has a tip that can just unscrew. I believe it was counter clockwise. It may be hard to get off though. Some are dabbed with glue before they screwed em on. Take a pair of pliers to the tip. You might gouge or scuff the metal or plastic so be careful. I sometimes use a peice of denim or something to stop the pliers from digging into the tip.

Nice! That sucks, but at least its a SUPER easy fix! I like to use foam. I take a peice thats about half in to an inch thick. Cut a strip as long as the inner barrel is LEAVE ROOM for the tip! So cut it anout an inch shorter that the inner barrel. The make sure you are leaving enough room for the hopup slindes to move all the way out. Wrap it using electrical tape or even masking tape. "Masking tape may help ya slide in easier into the outer barrel" this is of course after you take reciever off the stock, unscrew the barrel and then the spacer/mag holder thingy, lol. And then you should be able to slide your hopup and inner barrel out. Dont forget to remove the lever for your hopup adjuster. "Another nice thing about having the "Tdc hopup mod!" Just wrap the inner barrel however many times needed to make it the same size as the inside diameter of the outer barrel + a little extra to make it more sturdy and then your done.. the foam may even make your rifle even quieter when shooting. You can google this mod and more than likely see the vids on youtube.

Here are some pics I found of actual ones and the DIY ones. and a link to them on airsoftgi that they sell. there are a few different ways to do this. I will put stars next to the pics of the ones I like more,lol..

I am not finding as many pics as I thought I would. I have used just masking tape and wrapped the inner barrel every few inches till each one fit nice and tight into the outer barrel.I will try and find more and re edit this post till I feel I found enough,lol.. I hope this helps ya buddy.

ummm. So your saying that only bolt action rifles have inner barrels that move back and forth when shooting? NOT true.. electric, gas, bolt, etc.. They ALL need to have snug fitting inner barrels. Thats an accuracy thing. I guess if you dont mind not hitting your target the spacers are needed. I tend to wanna hit my enemy instead of making a sweet outline around him,lol..

I dont see how they dont produce vibrations. unless they came up with some sort of titanium inner barrel and made it way thicker,lol..

I know my old KJW "gas" I noticed when pulling the trigger the inner barrel would move forward and back when shooting. I was still new to airsoft for the most part and now that I think about it.That would be bad to make spacers cause then the inner barrel wouldnt slide back and forth like its supposed to do. Is that what your talking about?

Sorry for the double post.

King Kranium...
Here are some pics of what I did for my stepsons rifle today. His only had one barrel spacer and was pretty janky,lol..

After this I cut it to be more rounded and then taped. I wrapped the tape forward as to get some grip onto the inner barrel so when I slide it back into the barrel they stay in place.

After I put her back together and ran a few shots I smiled cause the bb's were shooting nice and straight! Now I have to take her all back apart and see why the hopup isnt engaging enough. I think the bucking was worn out. I noticed it didnt look real perfect but I was hoping it'll still do the job. It didnt,lol..

You can space them out an inch or so till about an inch from the tip and dont forget to leave room for the hopup slider. if the foam pacers arent perfectly centered dont worry it will smash more on that side, just make sure its not too much over cause that could cause pressure on the inner barrel and curve it slightly and make the shots curve.
