-I have a older gen (2012-13) UTG L96, and ive been trying to upgrade it but have had a hard time with it, Ive tried the Angel Custom "OMEGA" Pro Zero Trigger System and the pin that goes throught the trigger box to the spring guide didn't fit so i still have stock with a sp190 spring. I have a 6.01mm 470mm inner barrel, Angel Custom MAX Piston and Cylinder Head Set which works except the o-ring is way to big and when I put it in the cylinder/ bolt assembly it was stretched and went out of the grove and got stuck between the inner cylinder and outer piston head, which ruined my rubber piston head,( I am now going to switch it out and upgrade it to the Angel Custom PSS2 Power Accuracy Piston Head, and is this a good idea?).

-I also have the PPS Brass Hopup Unit for Type96 / APS2 Airsoft Sniper Rifles.

-My gun was working fine about 2 months ago but then I stopped firing it and now when I try it, the bb gets pushed out the barrel, only goes about 10-30 ft, or it fires and nothing comes out, Ive thought about maybe needing to lathe the nozzle because In order for it to fire before I had to screw the barrel all the way in to the receiver and then unscrew it until it was just barely fitting in order for it to not push the bb out of the hop-up and down the barrel which it would do sometimes about 35/100, Is there something I can do to fix this? my stock nozzle is 21mm in length and the upgraded is 22mm, I think if I get the new piston head and a o-ring (if anyone can help me with size that would be great!) and put back on the stock nozzle it might fix it from getting prematurely pushed out the barrel which is what im gonna try to do, also wrap some thread tape around the plastic ring on my piston behind the o-ring for a better air tight seal. if anyone has some comments, concerns, or problem solving help please I beg of you! also what should I be lubing up with grease and silicon? thx for the help ahead of time!

I had the same issue last year with my MB06. Turned out that the hop up was set too high and a lot of air was leaking out between the hop up bucking and barrel. So first try testing the air seal between your piston and cylinder. You could try teflon taping the bucking and barrel and turning your hop up all the way off.

I bought an Angel Custom barrel for my ASR last year and it worked incredibly well. The piston wasn't that good though.
So I teflon taped up my hop-up and bought a new o-ring (3/4 x 9/16 x 3/32) put some silicon spray on the o-ring and now it works like a charm! Thanks so much guys! I was about ready to sell it to someone for scrap being so frustrated!

-I am now waiting for as we speak a pruple prommy bucking to try it out on the gun plus a new piston head since mine as of rn is shreded... its the angel custom PSS2 accuracy piston if anyone wondered, and I know from alot of people that angel custom has some bad but for my price range as of rn, its great plus I love tinkering! (except as of recent lol)
