Yeah, I'd probably say .3's for that build. Anything lighter seems too light, and heavier seems unneeded.

Are you talking about the clears?

Not really, but if the sun is high, sometimes they will look like a little ball of light, but not very noticeable. I'd recommend white bb's so you can see where your darn shots go!
