Hello,
i have read many posts and guides about upgrading vsr-10. I have completed bar 10 with airsoftpro upgrades. Last thing i need to upgrade is stock barrel. I need something available in my place and for decent price. Basically i have two options:

1) Poseidon air cushion 6,05 mm barrel
http://airsoftpro.cz/en/gun-parts-upgrade/sniper-rifles-parts/for-vsr-and-mb02-3-7-9.../6-05mm-niklovana-vnitrni-hlaven-se-vzduchovou-drazkou-430mm-vsr-gbb-detail

2) PDI Raven 6,01 barrel
Raven (PDI) 01 Inner Barrel (VSR-10 / 430mm) - Buy airsoft Accessories online from RedWolf Airsoft

Then there is also crazy jet new inner barrel, which is the best option i think, but its not in stock nowadays.

I need help, which barrel is the best option for my bar 10 and what length should i use. I read many posts about barrel length problem, but i am not still sure, which length should i take (430mm or extend 550mm into silencer). I also have no experience, how to extend 550mm into silencer so 430mm basic length is easier way for me.

Thank you for reading my post and i hope you can give me many helpful advices. :yup:

I agree with the Maple Leaf Crazy Jet Barrel. I don't have any actual experience(all my guns/parts are in transit), but I've been doing nonstop research. There is a reason the crazy jet barrel is out of stock. The lighter the bb you plan on using, the longer your barrel should be and vice versa for heavy bb's. To make sure you get the optimal performance out of your barrel, I'd do some quick research on your barrel/cylinder ratio first. Definitely take a quick google search for 1tonne's advanced VSR-10 guide. He has done it all already!

As far as if you want to get a longer barrel, the end of the barrel can slide through your suppressor, just make sure you have the best bits of the foam insulator towards the exit of your barrel and put plenty of barrel spacers for support to reduce vibrations for increased consistency(accuracy)!

Cheap is not always better. Better performance will come for little more costly parts. This is why airsoft sniping isn't for everyone. If you REALLY worried about the best performance you can get, take a little time and save the extra coin to buy a better barrel. You'll save money in the long run by not changing the cheap one out once you realize it's not good!

Crazy Jet all the way. Try shootercbgear and jkarmy, they have them available in all sorts of lenghts.

To find the right lenght, you should first provide your FPS and which bb weight are you going to use, but generally speaking 410 to 430mm is the way to go

Also if you're not running an Autobot bucking yet, now it's the time ;)

Ok. Thank you guys. My jg bar 10 runs on 440fps And i am using 0,4g bbs And Its maximal weight avaiable in my local store (actually they now have new 0,43 aps bbs). I Will go for 430mm barrel And i will try to find crazy jet. I am not sure, what autobot bucking Is, bit i have stock vsr bucking with guarder hop up (moded just with tape). Please can you give me some links to autobot bucking (thats mod or normal type of Buckings from store)?

Ok, thanks. Found it. Are there any big diferences between autobot and decepticons bucking?
Just how the bucking grips the bb. Autobots are 'diamond' shaped to help grip the bb. Decepticons are 'delta' shaped. Autobots grip the bb in two different places to help provide backspin. Just make sure if you get either or, get a concave nub. I think they are all Maple Leaf Omega nubs. That combo should help heeps when it comes to consistency
