I have gotten 2cm groups at 200 feet (PDI 6.05), although I was running at about 800 fps, still, not hard.

Yep. Ran the SR-15 at around 140 PSI.

Agreed. However, it is a million times easier at high fps with no hop.

I don't just do it to VSRs, all of my rifles have one. Armalites, everything.

Yeah, it is possible. Just turn the hop down all the way, I haven't had any issues with just doing that...
