not to bad of a little quide.... you could also for practice run around for a bit and do some push ups.. then shoulder your rilfe and shoot a few rounds.. then do it all over again. You should be able to keep your breathing down and just relax when you shoot. Give yourself a timelimit so you don't sit forever waiting for your body to adjust naturally.
After running and you are calmed down a bit... get your buddies to bring over there cars and blast some music. Have them yelling at your pushing you around and hassling you. This will get you to focus on your target and not what is around you. We did this while giving IVs on a moving bus.
Do these a few times and you should be able to shoot in any envrionment.
